ORDER


On January 18, 2002, Sandralee Rodgers filed an appeal in this Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), from a January 10, 2002 Decision and Order of Bankruptcy Judge John C. Ninfo, II, which denied a contempt motion filed by appellant. The Court heard oral argument on the appeal on June 14, 2002. The Court having considered the issues raised by the parties and presented on this appeal, it is hereby

ORDERED, that, substantially for the reasons stated in Judge Ninfo's January 10, 2002 Decision and Order, as well as for the additional reasons which I stated in open court on June 14, 2002, the decision appealed from is affirmed, and the appeal is dismissed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
