ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

On November 15, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that the only issue remaining in this case is whether petitioner Mary Kathleen Roden is entitled to relief under I.R.C. § 6015, and that the parties are continuing to discuss the facts of the case in an attempt to resolve the innocent spouse issue.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 8, 2021, the parties shall file a further status report and if the case is not resolved, the parties shall inform the Court of their preparedness for a Remote Trial Session during the week of February 7, 2022, where the place of trial is Boise/Pocatello for administrative purposes.
