ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's September 13, 2021, St. Louis, Missouri remote trial session. On August 13, 2021, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance of trial informing the Court that petitioners' recently mailed respondent two thumb drives of information in response to requests made by respondent and that respondent is in the process of reviewing that information. The motion states that this case is old and the parties would prefer to not continue this case generally. Respondent requests that the undersigned retain jurisdiction over this case and issue an order for the parties to file a status report in 90-days.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's September 13, 2021, St. Louis, Missouri remote trial session. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 15, 2021, the parties shall file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
