ORDER

These cross-appeals are before the court on the Federal Defendants-Appellants' unopposed Motion to Voluntarily Dismiss Appeal, in which they move to voluntarily dismiss their appeal, No. 21-4019. Upon consideration, the court grants the motion and dismisses Appeal No. 21-4019 only. See Fed. R. App. P. Rule 42(b); 10th Cir. R. 27.5(A)(9). The court vacates the existing cross-appeal briefing schedule as moot and will reset the briefing schedule for Appeal No. 21-4020 in a separate order.

A copy of this order shall stand as and for the mandate of the court in Appeal No. 21-4019.
