Judgment and order denying motion for a new trial affirmed, with costs. All other orders appealed from affirmed — the order of October 26, 1886, severing the issues in the action, with ten dollars costs and disbursements; and the order of November 15, 1895, vacating stay of proceedings, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. All concurred, except Hardin, P.J., not voting.
