JUDGMENT

WILLIAM HASKELL ALSUP, District Judge

Based on the order dated January 21, 2003, and the jury special verdict returned on November 4, 2003:

1. Judgment is ENTERED in favor of plaintiff Charles Rockwell and against defendant Northwest Airlines, Inc., as to plaintiffs claim under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, in the amount of nine hundred fifty thousand dollars ($950,000).

2. Judgment is ENTERED in favor of defendant Northwest Airlines, Inc., and against plaintiff Charles Rockwell as to plaintiffs claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

3. Costs are awarded to plaintiff. Plaintiff may make a motion for attorney's fees on the schedule previously set.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
