This appeal is currently abated for bankruptcy. We REINSTATE it for the limited purpose to address a motion to withdraw and substitute counsel.
Before the Court is appellants' March 22, 2024 unopposed motion to withdraw and substitute counsel. We GRANT the motion. We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to remove Jeffrey R. Seckel as counsel for appellants and substitute J. Mark Chevallier with McGuire Craddock & Strother P.C. in his place.
We again ABATE this appeal.
