Before the Court are the June 4, 2020 (1) unopposed motion of appellants Rockwell Debt Free Properties, Rockwell TIC, Inc., Christopher J. Ashby, Jordan S. Nelson, and Scott W. Beynon and (2) unopposed motion of appellant First American Title Insurance Company seeking an extension of time to file their respective briefs on the merits. We GRANT the motions and extend the time to June 29, 2020.
