The reporter's record in this case is overdue. By letter dated May 15, 2024, we informed appellants the court reporter notified us that the reporter's record had not been filed because appellants had not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the record. We directed appellants to provide the Court with written verification showing the reporter's record had been requested and that appellants had paid for or made arrangements to pay for the record or had been found entitled to proceed without payment of costs. By letter dated May 24, 2024, appellants provided verification they had requested and paid for preparation of the reporter's record.
Accordingly, we ORDER Barbara Tokuz, Official Court Reporter for the 439th Judicial District Court, to file the reporter's record within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
