These cases are calendared for trial at the special session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 30, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia. On August 1, 2023, petitioners filed a motion to compel responses to discovery, and supplemented the motion on August 29, 2023.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that on or before September 8, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioners' motion to compel responses to discovery, as supplemented.
