Before the Court is Appellants' March 19, 2024 "Motion to Extend Time and Request for Urgent Relief," which we construe as (1) a motion to extend time to file appellants' opening brief and (2) an emergency motion to stay enforcement of judgment pending appeal.
We GRANT the motion to extend time. Appellants' deadline to file their opening brief is extended to April 15, 2024.
We DENY the emergency motion to stay enforcement of judgment pending appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 24.
