Jason Roche v. The State of Texas

ORDER Trial court case number: D-1-DC-20-904002 Trial court: 403rd District Court of Travis County

Appellant's appointed counsel filed a motion for a copy of trial exhibits that inadvertently received no ruling. Because appellant filed his brief on September 28, 2020, the Court presumes that counsel no longer requires a copy of the exhibits requested in the motion.

Accordingly, the Court denies this motion without prejudice to refiling it if appointed counsel continues to need a copy of any exhibits.

It is so ORDERED. Judge's signature: /s/ Richard Hightower
