Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on February 13, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of Allison M. Bozinski, Esq., dated March 6, 2014, and March 14, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Robert E. Scott, Esq., sworn to March 13, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 3, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 7, 2014, and inserting in its place the date April 7, 2014.
