Appellant having moved for permission to file and serve an amended brief correcting errors in citations to the record on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on May 25, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Cynthia Feathers, Esq., dated November 1, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, to the extent that the amended brief corrects inaccurate citations to the record only, on the condition that the brief is filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules, on or before December 14, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
