The judgment is vacated and the matter is remanded to the Housing Court for entry of judgment on the plaintiffs' claims for violation of the rent control ordinance only, for money damages in the sum of $43,020.00, together with interest as provided by law, and for assessment of reasonable attorney's fees and costs consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
