Appeal From: 81 Mass.App.Ct. 1107, 959 N.E.2d 457. The appellee's request for sanctions in connection with opposing the application is allowed in the amount of $1000. Insofar as the appellee seeks sanctions relative to “all amounts” the appellant has been ordered to pay, that request is not properly before this court.
