On June 27, 2024, respondent filed the Administrative Record in this case in accordance with Rule 93(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Thereafter, on August 12, 2024, respondent refiled the Administrative Record in this case upon discovering that Exhibit 39-R was not properly redacted.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the Administrative Record, filed June 27, 2024, shall be sealed and retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
