ORDER

Joseph W. Nega, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court commencing on June 3, 2024, in Honolulu, Hawaii. On April 1, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment.

In the motion, respondent asserts that there is no genuine issue of material fact for trial in dispute and therefore, this case can be decided in respondent's favor. Accordingly, the Court will order petitioner to file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 30, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment.
