This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 1, 2021, for cases where Houston, Texas is the place of Trial. On September 17, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Respondent's motion indicates that petitioner does not object to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed September 17, 2021, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the November 1, 2021, Houston, Texas trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
