RAYMOND OSCAR ROBLEDO, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 363rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F15-00555-W

ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's July 8, 2020 motion seeking an extension of time to file his brief until thirty days after the district clerk and court reporter file supplemental records as required by the Court's order entered on May 12, 2020. However, the court reporter has filed a letter verifying that there is no supplemental reporter's record to file, and the district clerk filed the supplemental clerk's record on the same date appellant filed his motion.

Because the supplemental records have been filed, we GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER appellant's brief due on August 17, 2020.

The supplemental clerk's record does not contain the trial court's certification of appellant's right to appeal. We ORDER the trial court to prepare and file, within FOURTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, a certification showing appellant has a right to appeal his conviction.
