This case was scheduled for trial during the Court's March 2, 2020, Detroit, Michigan, trial session. On February 5, 2020, respondent filed a Motion to Remand (Doc. 8). The Court granted the motion, and the case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals. On September 13, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 25) informing the Court that they have reached a basis for settlement. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 1, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
