OPINION


After independently reviewing the entire record in this case and for reasons set forth in the Magistrate Judge's Report to which no objection was filed:

IT IS ORDERED that the defendants' motion for summary judgment shall be granted, dismissing the plaintiff's claims for failure to exhaust administrative remedies as mandated by 42 U.S.C. § 1997e.

Rec. Doc. No. 13.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment shall be denied as moot.

Rec. Doc. No. 21.

Judgment shall be entered accordingly.
