BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

As the appellant's direct appeal of his criminal judgment and sentence, 2D13–3999, has been affirmed, the present appeal of a pretrial order denying his petition for writ of habeas corpus, which challenged his confinement in a facility for competency training, is dismissed as moot.

The appellant's two motions for extension of time are denied as moot. The appellant's emergency motion for leave to file motion for appointment of counsel is denied as moot.
