BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

Petitioner's petition for writ of prohibition seeking review of the denial of the motion to disqualify Judge William Webb in circuit court case number 2012–CF–005255–A is granted as the petitioner's motion to disqualify filed in the circuit court is deemed legally sufficient. Accordingly, a successor judge shall be immediately appointed pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.330.

The circuit court clerk shall serve notice of the appointment on this court within ten days from the date of this order.
