Upon consideration of the appellant's response to the Court's order of October 9, 2007, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal, filed with the agency Clerk on October 8, 2007, was not filed within 30 days of rendition of the order on appeal as required by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110(b). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed as untimely.

WEBSTER, VAN NORTWICK, and THOMAS, JJ., concur.
