ORDER

Before the Court for consideration is Plaintiff James Robinson's Complaint (Doc. #1), filed on May 7, 2009. On March 17, 2010, the Honorable Peggy A. Leen, United States Magistrate Judge, entered a Report of Findings and Recommendation (Doc. #3) recommending that Plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. #1) be denied.

Plaintiff Robinson was given notice to file a written objection with the court to Magistrate Judge Leen's Report and Recommendations within ten (10) days after being served. To date no objections have been filed and the time to do so has now expired.
