STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR DISMISSAL OF ENTIRE ACTION WITH PREJUDICE AS TO ALL PARTIES AND ALL CLAIMS


Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1), plaintiff Harvey X. Robinson and defendants Floyd Willis, Traci Polidor, Ruben Salazar and David King, stipulate to dismiss this entire action with prejudice as to all parties and all claims. It is further stipulated that each party shall bear their own fees and costs.

ORDER

Considering the foregoing stipulation, the Court dismisses this entire action with prejudice as to all parties and all claims. All parties shall bear their own costs and expenses. It is so ordered.
