This case is calendared for trial during the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On March 3, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On March 23, 2022, the Court received from the parties a Proposed Stipulated Decision in which the Court intends to enter into the record.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed on March 3, 2022, is hereby denied as moot.
