This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 18, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland.

On September 15, 2023, petitioner informally contacted the Court and expressed his inability to attend the September 18, 2023, Baltimore trial session due to health concerns.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, this case is stricken from the Baltimore, Maryland, trial session scheduled to begin on September 18, 2023, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by Judge Joseph W. Nega. It is further

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for an in-person status report at the Court's Baltimore, Maryland, trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on November 6, 2023, at the Edward A. Garmatz United States Courthouse, 101 West Lombard Street, Courtroom 9B, 9th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21201. Special Trial Judge Peter J. Panuthos will preside at the above-referenced status report.
