ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge

This case was called from the calendar for trial at the remote trial session of the Court that commenced on December 12, 2022, for Baltimore, Maryland. After trial, this matter was submitted to the undersigned on December 13, 2022, and the Court directed the parties to file simultaneous opening briefs by March 13, 2023, and simultaneous answering briefs by April 12, 2023.

On March 9, 2023, the parties filed a joint Status Report informing the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached for the remaining issues in this case, but request additional time to file a decision document. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 14, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's oral directive on December 13, 2022, instructing the parties to file simultaneous briefs in this case is vacated and the parties are no longer required to file simultaneous opening and answering briefs in this case.
