Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner is directed to file a proper amended petition, attaching thereto a complete copy of the notice upon which this case is based, is extended to March 23, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 23, 2023, petitioner shall either pay the Court's $60 filing fee or submit an application for waiver of the fee. Instructions on how to pay the fee can be found on the Court's website at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html.

Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
