This case is calendared on the Court's December 19, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On November 28, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, the document filed as petition in this case does not include a complete copy of a notice of deficiency. Nor is there a complete copy of a notice of deficiency elsewhere in the record. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file, by December 15, 2022, a status report attaching a copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner for the tax year at issue. The Court will hold the parties' proposed stipulated decision pending receipt of the status report.
