On March 9, 2022, an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee was filed in the above-docketed matter. Thereafter, due to inadvertent clerical error, an Order was served March 28, 2022, directing payment of the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this proceeding.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served Mach 28, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee filed March 9, 2022, is granted, and the filing fee for this case is waived. Petition is no longer required to pay such amount. 1
