WENDELL C. ROBINSON & MAY T. JUNG-ROBINSON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge

In an attempt to remove confidential information from several filings, our order of April 11, 2022 (Doc. 98), included in its first "Ordered" paragraph three instructions to the Clerk of the Court. We are advised that, given the workings of our new electronic filing system, it is not possible to follow the first of the three instructions we gave in that paragraph. It is therefore

ORDERED that instruction "(1)" of that paragraph of our order is vacated, and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall make a copy of the first three pages of Doc. 94 (i.e., the pages bearing numbers 1, 2, and 3 in the lower righthand corner) and shall file those pages as a separate document entitled "Petitioners' Computation for Entry of Decision". It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall strike Doc. 94 from the record of this case, shall remove this document from the Court's public record, and shall place it under seal where it shall remain until further direction of the Court, and it shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an order of the Court.
