Appeal by purchaser from an order insofar as it grants plaintiffs' motion holding the purchaser at a foreclosure sale of real property in default and denies his cross motion to be relieved from the obligation to complete his purchase. Order affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur; Nolan, J., not voting.
