ADONIS D. ROBINSON, ET AL., Appellants v. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Appellee
On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 1 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. CC-16-01963-A
ORDER
The reporter's record is past due. By letter dated July 7, 2016, the Court instructed appellants to file, within ten days, notice that they have requested preparation of the reporter's record and written verification that appellants have paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee or written documentation that appellants have been found to be entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellants that failure to provide the required documentation within the time specified may result in an order that the appeal be submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c). As of today's date, appellants have not filed the required documentation. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See id.
Appellants' brief is due THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.
