On December 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. By Order served February 16, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file an objection, if any, on or before March 9, 2023. On June 20, 2023, the Court filed a Notice of Change of Address.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of the above-mentioned Court's Order served February 16, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is extended to July 12, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by this Court.
