On March 17, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Houston, Texas, on April 20, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On June 1, 2021, petitioner filed an unopposed third Motion for an Extension to Amend His Petition (Doc. 33). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for an Extension to Amend His Petition is granted, in that the time in which petitioner may file an amended petition, if any, is extended from June 1, 2021, to October 1, 2021.
