Little Robert ROBERTSON, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).

Opinion

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal 2D14–3791 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because the circuit court order under review is a nonappealable order. See Schlabach v. State, 37 So.3d 230, 238–239 (Fla.2010) ; State v. Brooks, 890 So.2d 503 (Fla. 2d DCA 2005) ; Sirmons v. State. 775 So.2d 389 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000).

Appellant's motion to expedite is denied as moot.
