For the reasons stated in the opinion in the case of Robertson v. Rockland Cemetery Improvement Co., decided herewith ( ante, p. 191), the order appealed from must be reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion granted, with ten dollars costs. Patterson, O'Brien, Ingraham and Hatch, JJ., concurred.
