For the reasons assigned in the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge [Doc. No. 26] previously filed herein, and having thoroughly reviewed the record, noting the absence of objection, and concurring with the findings of the Magistrate Judge under the applicable law, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 24] filed by Defendants Clifford Olsen and OSC-Management, Inc. is GRANTED, and that Plaintiff Charles Ray Robertson's claims are hereby DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE, in their entirety, pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 12(b)(6). This case is closed.
