On February 23, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. By Order served on the parties on February 27, 2023, the Court ordered petitioners to show cause in writing, on or before March 10, 2023, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to properly prosecute. On May 30, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision that resolves all issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on February 27, 2023, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed February 23, 2023, is denied as moot.
