United States District Court, D. Utah, Central Division
Jun 4, 2004
Case No. 2:03cv841 (D. Utah Jun. 4, 2004)

Opinion

Case No. 2:03cv841.

June 4, 2004

ORDER

This matter is before the court on plaintiff's Motion for Appointment of Counsel and Request for Official Service of Process. Plaintiff was allowed to proceed with his claim in forma pauperis in an order dated November 5, 2003, which order required that plaintiff pay $12.00 initial filing fee and allow the remaining fee to be collected in increments from his inmate account. Although plaintiff has continued to make requests of the court via multiple filings, including the present motions now before the court, there is no record of plaintiff making any payment of fees.

On January, 12, 2004, this court dismissed the case for failure to pay filing fees. The present motions are improper in that they are made following the dismissal of the case and they are there therefore

DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
