ORDER

On consideration of appellant's unopposed motion to amend opinion, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that this court's opinion filed on February 15, 2007, is amended as follows:

On page 17, in the first full paragraph, the second full sentence beginning "But the support furnished . . ." should now read:

But the support furnished by the scientific studies appellant proffers falls short of establishing a sufficient expert controversy over Dr. Baechtel's procedure.
