956 So. 2d 456 (Fla. 2007)

Opinion

No. SC07-144.

April 13, 2007.

Lower Tribunal No.: 3D06-1754.

Upon consideration of petitioner's "Notice to Clerk of Court to Correct Record" filed with this Court on February 15, 2007, and "Notice to Waive, Recant, Dismiss Only Issue X (10) From Appeal Jurisdiction" filed with this Court on February 22, 2007, it is ordered that the Notice to Invoke Appeal Jurisdiction filed with this Court on January 25, 2007, treated as a notice to invoke discretionary jurisdiction, has now been treated as a notice of appeal.

Having determined that this Court is without jurisdiction, this case is hereby dismissed. See Jackson v. State, 926 So. 2d 1262 (Fla. 2006).

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
