Brandon Roberts appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Buchanan County denying his motion for post-conviction relief following his convictions for domestic assault and victim tampering. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
