Michael K. Hill, St. Louis, for Appellant.

Karen L. Kramer, Jefferson City, for Respondent.

Division One: W. Douglas Thomson, Presiding Judge, Alok Ahuja, Judge and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Owen Roberts ("Roberts") challenges the motion court's denial of his Rule 29.15 motion. On appeal, Roberts argues that the motion court erred because his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to investigate another potential suspect. We affirm. A published opinion would have no precedential value. We have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum that sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
