PRESENT:

Respondent Amanda Rodriguez having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered August 14, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated July 20, 2019, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered August 14, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the Livingston County Conflict Defender, 6 Court Street, Room B-11, Geneseo, New York 14454, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent herein and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal.
