Divorce. Before PENETAR, J., without a jury. Order entered directing that complaint in divorce be dismissed and judgment entered in favor of defendant, wife. Plaintiff, husband, appealed. Appeal, No. 1723, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Nov. T., 1974, No. 218. Argued March 15, 1976.

Order affirmed. Having made an independent examination of the entire record, we are of the opinion that the court below properly refused a divorce in this case.
