Appellant Jetuana Moody having moved for an extension of time to perfect an appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 31, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Bethany A. Rubin, Esq., dated September 12, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Appellant Jetuana Moody's motion is granted, and appellant Jetuana Moody shall perfect the appeal on or before December 5, 2014, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, Jetuana Moody's appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
